Passenger mirror was pretty wobbly. I used a 7/16" wrench under the rubber boot on the shaft and tightened it a half turn. Then use a ratchet to crank down on the 2 phillips screws even more on bottom of mirror housing. Super tight and not wobbly now. If it happens again I will get some hex or torx screws that are a tad longer and use Loctite then.
