Finished restoration 1983.5 Westfalia Posted: Fri Sep 21, 2018 8:03 am     Views: 40      Rating: Not rated

The engine is dialed. New heads, pump, rebuilt AFM, and so on. New clutch and plate, CV's and boots. Fuel lines, many hoses and the lot. Finishing touches were to replace all plastic water carrying parts including the H-pipe and Bleeder connection. The high tension wiring harness (Hall) was replaced with a new one from KYLE Automotive. This bus runs like a good friend, ready to play any day.
WORD...every Vanagon owner should replace the plastic water connections NOW. They are super brittle. When the fail (and they will), all water will come out and you will lose the ability to go places.
