New spindles utilizing modern hub assemblies, and large calipers and rotors. All parts are easily available at most FLAPS. These will work only with a new hybrid beam I am also building. The new beam has the bottom tube moved up 1.5". This increases the ground clearance over a stock beam by almost 2".
The new spindles are a 3.5" drop, 1/2" narrowed, and corrected Ackerman angle to keep tight the original turning. Easy huge calipers on 11" vented rotors for now, and willwood options are in the works.
The first set are on my bus now, and they should be in production and for sale by Jan. 1st 2019. |
