Just found this wartime headlight in great original shape, nearly immaculate original condition. No manufacturer logo, only Bosch one on bulbholder.
This type of headlight was installed from 1944, not only on VWs.
It was advertised on a local website as "some kind of foglight", but its dunkelgelb colour and the typical connector on its back shows what it is originally. When I received, opened it immediately and found a text on its reflector: "For memory from the glorious German Army. 1944". Fantastic surprice.
