Lit's 1971 Ghia Coupe Posted: Sun Dec 23, 2018 6:55 am     Views: 38      Rating: Not rated

Bought this car in Summer of 1991 with about 100k on the odometer. Drove it for about another 100k as my daily driver. Then in 1999, I began a full restoration-custom project. Realized the bottom 18 inches of the car was swiss cheese. Now about 18 years later, 500+ hours of bodywork, a hand-built 2007, and too many mods to mention, I can drive it anytime and anywhere as the project is now 99% complete. High performance / daily driver is like the crazy / hot matrix. Very tough to balance a car when building with a ton of non-stock parts. Put in two pics of the original from when I picked it up in 91 and a sample of the rust by 1999. My next one will be bone stock...
