Was a 1956 that I purchased when I went to look at a 1941 Willys pickup in Whitter, Ca. The VW had a broken crankshaft and they accepted $75 for the car. I towed it home behind my 1968 GTA Mustang with a clamp on tow bar. I fixed the engine and it ran great. It was light blue like this one.
