Rebuilt wheels and new tires, brakes, rebuilt axels, 1971 seats on modded tracks, interior started with soundproofing felt and aluminum backing on roof and over engine area, sound absorber on all floors after reinforcing weak spots, rebuilt 1600DP motor on 1973 block, tach and temp sender, 100MPH (HAH!) speedo from 1971 S.B., refreshed wiring, handmade panels from TMI blanks, KYB shocks, RustOleum primer on rusty areas and behind new window glass and headlight buckets, new rubber on 4 windows, new windshield, 1969 Hella turn signal lenses, Solid state regulator with generator, Keifernet German Solex rebuilt and rebushed carb, AirCooledNet Mexican Bosch 034 with Pertronix I, 73 air-cleaner with temporary ‘cold/hot’ mix valve- a work in progress-paid $200 for untitled and no DMV history car in April 2018, sat for 12 years up on blocks from original owner, started work in July 2018- got it running and legal in 90 days; trying to keep it stock and spend as little on cosmetics as possible- so ‘Rat Rod look’ is original over two coats of previous owner paint over Royal Red original paint- looks are secondary to running right and safety issues.
