Note that alloy wheels from several varieties of Mercedes cars, are commonly substituted on 1971~79 VW Type 2 and 1980~92 VW Transporter T3 (i.e. VW Vanagon in USA parlance or VW Type 25 in British parlance) because they share the same 5 x 112 mm PCD - pitch circle diameter and many have suitable offsets.
Sadly, wheels from the Mercedes Vito vans, have offsets which are much too large for the VW Transporter T2 & T3. |
