| Went for a hike up a local mountain this weekend and came across this… definitely a 1972 or later standard Beetle. It’s in the absolute middle of nowhere. I have no idea how it got there. The odd thing is that there aren't any roads anywhere. It's all heavy forest and the Beetle is a long ways from any flat area where it could have been driven. There’s no motor, transmission or wheels. Almost seems like a helicopter would have had to drop it there. A real mystery. |
