I created a 3D printable fixture that makes pulley alignment a cinch. I can send an STL version of the file that allows you to slice and print it from just about any printer that has a large enough print bed. I'll try to upload the file somewhere on here. You may have to scale ever so slightly for your printer. It's designed with a alight interference fit so that there's no play in either pulley.
