Early bus gauge, part number 271 so either ambulance or optional accessory (I believe). Date coded for 1959...cant see month due to corrosion. Despite the case looking a bit ropey it works perfectly fine. Bezel and case numbered 21/18 which corresponds to the marking on bus senders.
