Front Beam Rubber Stopper Retainer

For 64-67 Bus.
This "washer" and cotter pin retain the rubber stopper on the front axle beam.
Front side (faces away from the rubber stopper) has the nubs on the sides facing outward.
Cotter pin is the same as a late bus rear axle nut cotter pin.
