These probably came off a beetle, but to my knowledge, the ones on a type 2, 3, or 4 still use "111" part numbers.
Chrome is pretty common on 68-71ish - on the more deluxe models.. All black seems to have taken over after that, and there might be a few types of all-black handles, as this one is constructed similarly to the chrome one (it has two round steel bits for the arm).. Later ones look like they are die-cast aluminim covered in plastic |
