This is a buggy that I am restoring to create a one-of model.
I made a rotiserie to put the body on, The white frame is a jig, made on a solid VW pan to be sure the restored body fits on the pan. The white frame is attached at the rotiserie and is also used to drive around the body in the workshop.
To turn the whole thing I used a VW flywheel and a starter gear to drive it. Easy turing. All the parts are connected with bolts and is complete dismantled when not in use to easy storage. |
