65 STOLEN from ones home in Anaheim! Posted: Mon Apr 26, 2010 8:19 am     Views: 445      Rating: Not rated
From the Bug-In 34 event

This 65 sedan was stolen right from ones garage in Anaheim over the past weekend. Last year at Bug-In 34 this was the sedan that sat out side the hotel to greet all attendees. It was planned to be raced and again attend this year at 35 but……………..

The Infamous Buddy Hale and his crew at T1 Restorations did Restoration. The attention to detail on this car is amazing. 98% of the nuts and bolts on the car are German; Repainted, re-cad, and powder coated everything to look and make better than factory. The car is sound tidy and is a blast to drive. To quote Randy from OLD BUG, “Man… I dream of having a car this clean come on Lotto numbers!” This car looks like it is a time capsule till you open the hood and see the perfect work of Fat Performance under the Deck lid. A 2276cc with a FC 430 Camshaft and dual Webbers is what puts this poetry in motion and makes this clean little sleeper an animal. The engine has vintage dual mufflers made by EFI and moves!!!!

The owner spent allot of time and money to recreate a car of his youth!
Please if you have any information? Please call 714-765-0360 there is a large reward and it will come with great appreciation to whoever can help with this unfortunate situation.
