Credit goes to Joel. Angle iron is a 1/4 inch thick, was at least a yard long but I had to cut it. Bolt is 7/16th, fits perfectly through the spring plate hole. Was able to put it on the stop plate by hand. Bank can plus brake drum was there to hold it up while I tightened the cover plate.
