EMPI Trigger Shifter "Washer" Locations

Shows the "washer" location when an EMPI trigger shifter is correctly in second gear, incorrectly in second gear (locked as if in reverse even though it is in second), and lifted as a result of pulling on the trigger (which is necessary to release the shifter from the false reverse lock).
