Camping in La Manzanilla, Mexico mainland
Mundopacheco
The Pacific right behind us. I wish this was a better photo, but it was a very comfy spot with the waves pounding around the clock and the beach to ourselves.

Racking For Hightops
Mundopacheco
Utilizing J Charlton's brackets, I built this unistrut rack with intent of mounting a 140w solar panel (which I did,) and future Kayak and sand rails, one on either side. I currently have my awning on the passenger side, but this was a failed experiment. I wanted to see if I could hang it high, thus clearing the windows, and still operated it, but it is too difficult. I still have to relocate it. This rack is very sturdy. The gutter mounts hold the rack on better than anything I've seen. Certainly better than thule or yakima gutter mounts. I also get lots of compliments. The unitstrut material is slotted, as this was all that was available locally. This is actually lighter, so no worries.

Custom Dual Swing Rear Carrier For Syncro
Mundopacheco
This was made essspecially for me. The 'Can Basket' can be removed and insert installed to make it into a two spare carrier. It has performed flawlessly during 4K Mexico road trip and hauling my raft.....This thing will morph soon, as we make changes to make it better! Lance, at 4x4 And More (970)259-9167, in Durango, Colorado, will make these in any configuration to suit your needs.

Mundopacheco
Paid Carlos, the caretaker of this beach front property, a few pesos to park here......it was Semana Santa (Easter) so this was a haven, away from the throngs.........
