1967 beetle w/ rare rubber bumpettes

These are on the front and rear of my bug and I believe are a factory or dealer installed accessory available to Canadians and Australians in 1967 only. When I took them off of the overriders there were bits of paper falling off with the 113....etc. part no. showing on some, but I couldn't get a complete no. cause of being out in the elements for 23 yrs. and it all crumbled as I did that. They are held on with 3 studs that are attached to a metal plate imbedded in the rubber.
