Indonesian influence on hot rod guru's work
dieselnut
Check out the rear bumper. Does it leave you wondering if a certain hot rod guy has been making trips to Indonesia lately? It would seem so, the influence is clearly there. This bus, now in the UK, came out of Indonesia a few years ago. Perhaps this is Eric Franklin Rosser's old bus? lol...

1959 westfalia propane tank
dieselnut
As seen on ebay recently, supposedly sold outside the auction for $900. I wonder if others will try to outbid the buyer, like happened to me recently on a similar setup out of a '58 on ebay...? I hope not. Pretty wild setup, supposedly out of an early 60's Ford Transit Van.

So many roads...
dieselnut
After driving north for what seemed like days, "Linds new standard" was still deep in Waffle House country. This one was found just outside the University of Iowa - in Idaho City, Ohio. Moving buses in the winter is not for the faint of heart. I woke up a day or two later w/ pleurisy from coughing so much - breathing the schwag they coat the highways with east of the Mississippi is pretty toxic these days...

Cool junkyard bus
dieselnut
This thing is the most rust-free bus I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Cool fade on what I once believed to be OG paint, but now know to be a respray.
