To answer my own question, https://dropgates.com/ suggests that "from 52-58 - From the top of bed lip to the top of the hole is approx 6 1/2" and from the corner edge at the engine lid to the edge of the hole is approx 1 3/4". The hole is 2 7/16" from side to side".
And then from 59-62 - "Holes were moved 12mm OUT and 100mm DOWN from where they currently were"
I interpret this to mean -
