i need to find some of that tough gray vinyl that's on my 63 DC seats. the wimpy stuff that's readily available just won't do. anyone have a source for it? i believe it's called commercial vinyl, like used on school bus seats and the like.

It's the same stuff that old Jags use. I believe it comes out of Europe. Very expensive. Like $60 a yard. I don't have a source but the easiest way to tell is to pull it from both biases, it doesn't stretch either way. It's well worth it though if your doing a full on resto. I did mine in marine vinyl while a buddy spent the extra cash on the real stuff and there is no comparison. I'm happy with mine but they don't feel remotely the same.

Good luck, NAES
