My grandpa homesteaded 5 acres about 3 miles from Landers in 1953. We were out there at least once a month and went to all the UFO stuff at Giant Rock Airport in the early 50's. Cousin Willie was out there all the time in the early 50's. Will check out all the early family photos and see what turns up. Landers ( Giant Rock Airport) was the home of the 1st so called time machine and the whole place was wierd. |
