1973 Ford LTD. Sweet ride except for the banged up front fender and headlight and no muffler system whatsoever. Oh well I was young and the guy I bought it from said it's easy to fix. Should have seen my parents face when I pulled in the driveway with it. Priceless

66 VW fastback. Total basket case crap ola car that a tree fell on the roof. It was the crappy, incompleet condition that pressed me to find the 68 fasy that I eventualy made into a great driver through school.

LOL, my folks had a '78 LTD when I was little. Who the fuck needs crumple zones when your car is so big and heavy?

My first car was a 1973 Chevrolet Nova with manual brakes, manual steering, no air conditioning, and an inline six. At least it was an automatic I guess, better than that three on the tree b/s. My next door neighbor had it in is back yard at the time and I always bugged him about selling it to me and one day I came home from school and it was in our driveway. The neighbor gave it to my Dad to give to me, my neighbor was in his 80's so he was never going to drive that thing with a new Cadillac sitting in his garage. That old man never had to worry about yard work the entire time I lived next to him after that. Oh yeah ,the car was olive green on the outside and inside.

73 super beetle sports bug followed by a 67 ghia. The sports bug was very cool with racing strips from the factory and also special seats. Loved it.

Drove the bug until it got hit by someone running a red light. [/img]

1970 westfalia, with big ass rust holes (canadian bus) had it for about 2 years, traded for a camperized school bus, but that's another story.

'91 Jetta GLI. I bought it from a little fly-by-night dealership a few towns over. Fast little car! Everywhere I went I drove fast, it's amazing I never got a ticket in it. Except for a racing ticket, thats a whole other story. Only the good handling and braking saved me from crashing it i'm sure. I babied it, washed it at least once a week and stored it winters. I sold it to a friend and I'll probably get it back someday.

1st car was a 72 superbeetle that i cut up after i found the rot hole in the side too much of a bitch to fix, then i bought a nicer 71 super that still sits in my backyard, a week later i was given a 73 that was 90% bondo 10% car, i later cut and smashed that car to pieces, then another week later i picked up my first std bug, a 1964 baby blue baja with no engine or front wheels that had one jackstand holding it up in a field in front of a golfcourse maintanance shop, i then found out it was a 65, then i bought another black 65 bug to fix up, that was a bondo bucket that i finished restoring the pan and am welding the front and rear of it onto my bajabug to make it my street bug.
i have not had a running car yet  but my first car is going to be a cherry 1983 buick lesabre limited that i inherited from my great uncle, i don't care what anyone thinks, but the car is bitchin and perfect everything, my great uncle paid for every bell and wistle the car came with, including paying extra for a MANUAL roll down windows    and the biggest moonroof on a car yet 8)
