This BD single cab showed up at OCTO. this past weekend.

That one came from here in North Idaho a few years back. If you look close, you can see where the roof was once cut off back in the 90's.

Yes present owner mentioned Idaho,

Yeah, crazy Gary. If you notice the white door on Dove Blue Bus in photo, that is the original paint '56 camper I sold Gary for $150 in '95. So funny, and I towed it to him over 100 mile trip.

Wonder where that Bus is now?

Certainly many slam artist go for the 3 wheeler look as seen above, but I have to say, the wheels tucked in that much it looks broken, imho. The perspective is not flattering for a big a*se Barndoor.
The og poster also saved this view in the files, which personally I like a lot better. Cool bus, but still the O ring size front tire doesn't really work with the workhorse attitude of the bus. like a tough dirty farmer out in the fields, wearing pink toe shoes....

We're just talking buses, right.

I know the saying about opinions and how everybody has one....., but in today's world, it seems to become more important to still have and speak your opinion at all.
Doesn't mean I am hating on the bus/owner/builder, which I am not.

All good my friend.
This build has had to have many adjustments and compromises due to the obvious height issues whilst driving.
All photos are transitional, she is actually a lot cleaner looking now.
I’m sure that will change also at some point.

Well, then I guess I should be classified as a dirty farmer with pink toe shoes because I love the bus and the stance. =D> =D> 8)

Well done mate

then it's to each their own, I guess, Mike ? :D
I have to say I can completely appreciate the work that went into getting it so low and still drivable, which obviously ndeded huge efforts. I know that takes concessions like the low profile tires, I mean pink toe shoes....

Isn't that what made the world great and seems to be fading (FAST) today? Discuss, disagree, maybe even argue vehemently, but in the end each was entitled to their opinion and respected. May the world return to such a place!

Very well spoken, Exactly what I meant !
