Hey Guys,

My westy is in the shop and it looks like Injectors 3 and 4 need replacing.
My coolant system needs to be flushed, as it is very dirty.
My rear CV's need to be replaced/fixed and repacked.

What should I expect to pay for all this?

The shop wants $250 for FI; $150 for flush and replacement; and about $175 for the CV's.

You should be either putting 4 new injectors in OR having all four cleaned.
They should charge you an hour or two labor plus parts.
So $50 + $50 (olnly 2 injectors) + 2 hours

Coolant replacemtent is an hour + $20 for the coolant.
(I am replacing ALL my hoses at the next fluid change fest.)

CVs should be an hour a side + parts.
I put all new ones in and I think I paid like $250 for parts
So 2 hours + $250

That all sound about right to me, except I would flip the price on the fuel injection and the CV's around... I hate doing CV's... What is the hourl rate at the shop...

The guy seems prety reasonable charges by the job, parts and labor and sometimes just for the part. very honest it seems as well, only found what needed to be done and order of importance and encouraged me to try to do some of the work (the easy stuff). so I think he's a good guy. Thanks for all the input. and I think I will try the flush and bleed myself :?
