| It is very unusual for a Bus to win the much respected best of show category at the VolksWolrd show, but it happened this year! Andy Carroll's stunning 1954 RHD 23 Window walked away with the trophy; and it was very much applauded by the ensembled crowd! As many of you know, Andy has spent the last three years restoring and tastefully modifying his Bus to perfection. A big heads up to Andy! Respect, matt |

I generally don't like custom rims, but the sprint stars do seem to work well with that bus.
why is it such a big deal that a bus won best of show, buses are always the coolest VWs at any show ;) |

The bus was very rusty by all accounts, a friend of mine Dave Clarke did the metalwork, he hand makes a lot of the panels, because he is obsessive. Beautiful job on the motor Matt! |
