I have dealt with the Fort Smith store for several years and have almost always felt like I was treated fairly. One time I wasn't is at the end of this thread

To their credit, the store made it all right after all was said and done. They sold my friend a Longblock GEX engine that was a total piece of junk. My friend didn't get the warranty papers with it so the store backed the warranty. He went through three longblocks that all seized because GEX builds an inferior product. Don't buy a GEX engine or transmission from anyone.

It's too bad, I liked the people that worked there even though they always seemed to be in a bad mood.

I used to do business with roy rogers way back in the early 90's and they always where ok. As far as gex I have gotten parts from them heads and so on. And they where never the top of the line parts but they where better then nothing. Sounds like the really went down hill when they moved to ark.

Excellent service from these guys!

I ordered a Pertronix electronic ignition and it arrived damaged. (Not shipping damage.) I emailed them a photo and description and they sent me a new one the same day and I even got it in time for the weekend. Plus they sent a little gift for my trouble.

Anybody can throw crap in a box and ship it, it's nice to see a retailer follow up a problem in a manner that shows they really care.

Two thumbs up.

I purchased a tow bar for my Thing. Best price on Tow Bars and free shipping to boot. I was quoted $45-$130 from other vendors for shipping. Ordered on Sunday and arrived by Wednesday to Georgia. Highly recomended!

Just got my parts. Just what I ordered. One piece is backordered and they made sure to contact me and said I wouldn't be billed and would contact me when it came in.

I also purchased a tow bar from Roy Rogers. First time ordering from them, and good pricing especially considering the free shipping.
Part came in fast, less than a week to be delivered.
Good experience overall.
