| While replacing the seal on the trans driveshaft, I noticed it moves around quite a bit (with old seal in). How loose is too loose? |

You're talking about the input shaft? Play is normal. It is secure when the pilot bearing supports it.

| OK. Whats the trick to getting that seal out without destroying the surface? |
