Bought 1/2 of a Type 34 Ghia nose from Dustin (DMNCLNR). It was cut very nicely to my exact specifications, and was in better condition than described, professionally packed, and sent speedily. Dustin was always in communication. Great to deal with an ethical seller. Thanks, Dustin! :D

I had to get trams specifics, and we kept in contact the whole time. Tram said he was going to need it soon, and I got on it!

Paid $290 for some type 34 parts back in november 2005 now its july 2006 and all I have gotten from DMNCLNR is eight months of excuses for why he never shipped the parts.

I do not recomend dealing with this man.

weird- i have dealt with dustin on obtaining the kombi, that he ran across on his travels. he followed up with contacting the owner, getting detailed pics and a detailed decription of a bus that wasn't even his- but he followed throu without any hesitations. several months later i had it sitting in my drive.

I am willing to admit that this may be an isolated event but none the less dustin has failed to make right this deal with me, if anyone would like to read the 20 some emails from dustin on how he forgot to send the parts that I paid for let me know and I will send them to you for you to read on your own. I just want my money back or the parts I paid for.

I sent wayne an email.. this will be worked out. I will have wayne verify with either his choice of the parts plus a refund, or a refund...

Dustin has sent me 2/3 of the parts he originally promised. still outstanding are 2 type 34 doors. He promises that he will send them but I paid him nearly a year ago. He has not responded to my phone calls or e-mails for several weeks now.

Dustin told me he moved recently but this deal should have been resolved long long ago so that is not a very good excuse.

i'm glad you guys did alright me on the other hand. the car run like shit when i got it and i had to buy a new gen almost as soon as i bought it, and he never sent me my seatbelts. when i delt with him his screen name was dustcart. and who puts drop spindles on and install the old ball joints that's smart. he's lucky i know how to work on them i just don't drive them.

he also told me the A/C worked too it don't that's was the reason why i bought the car. hopefully it just needs to be charged. he's lucky i didn't see him at the classic when i was out there.

doubledoor64 Mon Sep 11, 2006 10:10 am

you should clarify a little more

galencurrington Mon Sep 11, 2006 2:59 pm

i would have never bought the car if he told me straight up that the A/C didn't work the only thing he told me the truth on was the fm radio actually works.

doubledoor64 Mon Sep 11, 2006 3:41 pm
