Decided to go with the kk 62 - 67 tail lights so running a 62 harness . My question is regarding wiring for the voltage regulator. Mine will be in the engine compartment. The wire running from the B+ connection on the VR has to go to the starter solenoid. Is there a “best” way to run this or just drill a hole? Or how was it done on 62 cars? TIA |

A 61 should have a pass thru hole in the bulkhead on the right near the
starter ?
Both the VR main Positive and starter solenoid circuits are routed through
.

Great help! Thanks VOLkSWAGNUT. I already installed the sound deadener and forgot about that but it’s exactly what I need. |
