I just replaced the master cylinder and fear wheel cylinders on my 1970 fastback. I have bled the brakes and I can't get the pedal to rise up to where it usually is. When I press on the brake, I don't get pressure till almost the floor, unless I pump it up a couple of times and then it engages sooner. It doesn't appear that I have air in the lines, but I don't feel confident in my brakes right now. Does any have any suggestion?

Did you bleed all four?

Rear brake adjustment too loose. Here's a test- Pull your E brake on. Is the pedal higher now? If so, adjust the rear brakes.

Sounds to me like you need another trip around the bleed cycle
Remember that the order you go around matters. Sorry I don't have my bentley with me but I think it is FR, FL, RL, RR

good luck
