First, a summary of the sequence of events:
March 4, 2024: email inquiry through the Samba to buy Heart tail light housings and NOS top lenses. Offered $550US
March 4: 2025: my reply email countered with $575 shipped and insured and included SS clips to hold lenses to housings.
March 4, 2025: PayPal payment received in full
March 6, 2025: shipped, insured VIA USPS priority mail after email confirmation that address label was correct.
March 12, 2025: package delivered and signed for by B Cayson at 2.21 PM
March 12 to today, March 23,2025: no communication from buyer.
March 23, 2025 I woke up to a PayPal email stating:
"Your buyer has filed a case"
"Your buyer has filed a chargeback with their card issuer for the following reason:
The buyer stated that they never received their original credit for this payment".
Since I was paid for VW parts, they were shipped and received and signed for and there was no communication after shipping this is puzzling an an attempted scan/theft.
