I just purchased a car when I was at the VW classic. I need to have some work done so before I ship the car home

I just want to make sure that this so called "vw doctor" is good to use? I was thinking since he's pretty close to where my car is at.[/url]

I bought my bug from him. He's cool, problem when I bought the car though was it detonated the whole way back home. Timing was way off and distributor drive wasn't installed correctly.

So in other words he's not really that good?

He is good, I have used him many times over the last 4 or so years.

I bought a rebuilt 1600 single port from him and it seized up right away and he used type 3 heads on a type 2. Lost my money and tons of time. Beware
