Hey guys..just wanna ask you something...my '70 bug came with a original MPH speedo that runs to 90mph...but it's whacked already and I've gotta replace it...i was just wondering if I can just put in a KMH speedometer and plug in and run?
Will be accurate? Do I need to do any calibration for this?
Can't seem to find new MPH speedo on sale..if you guys know of any can point me in the right direction?
Thanks alot! |

It will fit right in, no need to calibrate it. You will just be doing conversions in your head lol. I had a KM speedo in mine for a little bit but it drove me crazy. If you want totally new speedo then this is the place.. http://bughaus.com/beetle66.htm They have new german vdo speedos that are exact replacement of the later model beetles. |
