Same Barndoor Standard Bus before "upgrade":

The seller was selling it as a real 23 and the buyer found out after purchase. I'm not sure what happened.

It was for sale on this site for $18K. Actual sales price unknown.

I think Mond bought that one and had Kustom Coach Works restore it.

I think that is the same one. There was one on eBay at the same time too though? I believe it was at Lenny's during the Classic weekend for the interior work.

Joe showed me pictures of the Colorado Deluxe above a couple years ago at the Milwaukee Bug In. It is definately the same bus. He shipped it from Pueblo to Grand Junction for the restoration. I haven't seen it since.

EverettB Wed Aug 09, 2006 7:43 pm

Sounds confirmed to me.

Here's the only picture I could find from Lenny's:

I believe that was Joes bus, the one done at KCW getting the interior done at lennys, more then likely the same one as in the ad.

There were some pics on the KCW website a while back - pics of it just painted, ready for reassembly.
Can't find them now. Anyone save a couple?

BTW. this bus is NOT located at the butchershop at the moment... can't remember what the place is called where it sits now... sorry again!

Among the four (?) RHD busses jonas found was Thoms (20-107934):

And Rikkis (20-095904):

I think Jonas may have found the Richie K/John F bus too (20-100396)
Anyone got a pre-resto pic of 20-100396? I'd like to see it

http://www.barndoor.dk/Gallery54_27a.html

Jonas seems to have slowed down his rhd bd dlx hunting
Not sure why

Isnt this the one Magus Wiksten of Sweden pulled out of the woods and it nearly collapsed and had to be ratchet strapped to load it without falling to pieces?
