After being jerked around for two months I finally gave up and cancelled my order for a set of RDW's. I know he's busy and he actually rang me to apologise. He sounds like the great guy everyone claims he is, but for goodness sake, it's been 3 months now and all I want is my deposit back!!
I regret having to make this public, but I'm given no choice as direct communication is ignored and there is no room for this level of sevice in the VW community. |
