Hi guys! Here is the story.. My single cab was re vinned before I bought it in the early 2000s :( but only the vin plate was changed at the time, not the body numbers thankfully!! I am going through the paces of registering it with its true body vin numbers. I bought a blank vin plate. But the new vin plate needs raised letters as well as stamped letters. I am sure someone has gone through this before. Is there anywhere I can get my blank properly stamped. Please help me fix this isssue. I have hired a a guy to help sort this mess out.. It will cost me around 1500 Cnd to get it sorted and rectified!
The happy part of the story is the old vin plate will be reunited with its proper owner.. !! :D
I want to rectify this issue and have a properly vinned and registered single cab!! |

| Well! I just got a hold of Kafer labs. they had shipped out the blank to me, but I was unaware that they stamped the vin plate as well. Instead of shipping the vin plate back to them and paying shipping both ways they offered to sell sell me a vin plate at thier cost and stamp it with propper tooling stamps. thaksfully this is sorted! |
