I always ask for John at Vee Dubs and he is VERY helpful. I've been so lucky that I've met John in real life a few times and he is the nicest guy you can think of. I've ordered from them numerous times and the customer service is 1. class.

What did you order? i ship 99% of all orders the same day. it seems to be very rare that we are out of something and if so it is usually in in 1-3 days.

That's odd...I've ordered a few times from them in the last 2 weeks, and the service has been awesome!
Hooked me up with a couple of Empi air-cleaners for dual Dell's, that I heard through the grapevine aren't being made anymore.
Also gave me the Samba discount.

I ordered some rather heavy items on the 17th, and they were here in Florida by the 22nd. Thanks Dave!! Love ordering from a company that actually has your items in stock and ships promptly! Will definitely do business with these guys again.

Greg is top notch, I have had 6 shipments sent to South Africa over the past months close on about 200 different items the value of over $2500, had no problems at all, all shipped as promissed and packed properly. Will order again from Greg without hesitation. I hope he can keep up this exellent service. Far, far better than Steve @ "Serranos"

I see everybody has had good dealing with these people. Of course but me. I ordered the alt they had on the samba for 78.00 plus shipping they took all my information and the order was easy....oh yea my friend just ordered from them earlier in the day. He got his parts 4 days later.....me I waited over a week and called today, They said ,they no longer sell that alt. for that price and that I could buy a different one for more money. When I asked why didn't anyone call to tell me this their response was sorry must've forgot. Wow my first and last order with these guys. Oh by the way they said there was 2 of these orders sitting there so somebody else is also left in limbo.

Oh also forgot I sent an email thru their site yesterday and got a autoresponse from greg that says

Well like I said my friend has ordered over and over with them They were very quick and reasonable with him. But I don't consider no real response thru email good service and not calling me in over a week to say there is a problem and when I track them down they say for more money we can ship you one but not the price agreed on the phone last week as we are out and sorry we didn't call you. Am I wrong ?
