I ordered $184 worth of brake parts from Things Unlimited. Was later charged to my credit card. No parts No emails answered No phone calls returned. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and was notified today that the charges were permanently dropped. What A Waste.

Sorry - bit confused :-k . What does "permanently dropped" mean? Does that you couldnt get your money back?

O its all paying off. Im the one from Puerto Rico who got ripped off $3970
Im loving all the effort going out. I already got my money back from the insurance but I cant wait till he goes down! I will make it a promise to myself to meet him in person one day! I hearby promise to spit in his face when i see him! I will take pictures and post them. Lets just say Im a Fed. employee!

Mike if you read this! See you soon!!!!!!! Very soon!!! Moron!!!

Markie 61 - I did not pay the $184. I disputed the charge with Master Card and they temporarily dropped the charge while it was in dispute. Once the dispute was settled in my favor, the charges were permanently dropped. The vendor (Things Unlimited) will now have to reimburse Mastercard for the money they received or what ever MC comes up with in their legal dept. :D

I would suggest not meeting Basso. Please do not give him the satisfaction of suing you for assault. Since he is conducting his fraud over the internet, over state lines and internationally it seems that the FBI or some government agency should be involved soon.

As a musician there is a similar fraud with a well known music store. Folk Of The Wood, charging credit cards without delivering. They have been "changing ownership" several times but no change in business standards.
