The Deluxe or the Standard?

There are some comments about both in the Whine thread

The Standard quite recently. The Deluxe is a bit buried.

At 33 I think of myself as big kid and nothing else! Grown up? Me? Nah....

I like your plans for the bus too, top notch! Congratulations =D>

jasonvw Tue Jan 16, 2007 2:23 pm

I am not sure what barnet means, but if you mean the hair nets cooks wear, i left mine at home. The weather here in CA has been cold, not UK cold, but cold enough so that i had to break out a beanie. As for the plans for this bus, i will be cleaning it up, Linda style, meaning lots of time, and effort put into getting rid of the rust stains and scabby paint. Then a good slam and narrow with a 2 liter and fuchs. I wanted to get it to OCTO in Feb like that, but at this point that will not happen. It will be done but not before the next OCTO. watch here for progress.

man from 9500 with no seats to 36k. :x

jasonvw Tue Jan 16, 2007 2:49 pm

a lot of other things happend to this bus in that span of dollars too.....

UZI Tue Jan 16, 2007 2:56 pm

congrats on the bus jason. glad to see it finally ended up in the hands of someone who isn't in it for the money.

did someone merz the seats out of that bus?

jasonvw Tue Jan 16, 2007 3:01 pm

Thanks UZI. a few of the great Barndoor crowd have sent me messages of congrats on the bus. it was a grip of cash and i had to sell the 51 split to make it happen quickly but it was worth it. The bus is complete. The interior was out of it at one time, but when i bought it, it came complete all 3 seats, all interior is there and nothing seems to be missing. Without the help of people like Brendan, this deal never would have happened and just so none of you have to worry, i do not intend to sell this bus. i plan to keep it and enjoy it, make it more visually appealing and clean it up.
