It seems that even after I reset my log in Password that when I come back to work from the weekend it doesn't work and about once a week I have to ask for a new password.
Also when I try to log in from home I can't. So I assume I have to have a different Log in account since it is on a different computer.
It is aggravating having to get a new password every week. Gipper |

Your login information should be the same no matter what computer you use.
The password field is case sensitive, so make sure you have the caps lock off (or on if your password is in all caps). Also, are you remembering your password correctly? Sometimes I think I remember my password but I have made it some variation and then do not remember it correctly. |

You can log into your account from any computer in any location.
Yes, it sounds like you are typing it in wrong somehow.
If you have some sort of program that is entering or saving your password for you, it's possible that program is screwing things up. I never do this, mostly because it's insecure. |
