I live in the UK and there appears to be an acute shortage of bumpers (fenders as I think they are known in the states).

Does anyone know if the is anywhere in the US with a plentiful supply of both front and rear. I know there is a slight difference between UK and US spec, but thats OK.

Do you mean the chrome bars which attach across the front and rear of the car (American=bumpers)? Or the painted semi-circular covers (of which there are four, two front, two rear) which bolt onto the body to cover the tires (American = fenders)?

I'll get out my English to English dictionary next time.

let's start over.

bumpers=bumpers in American.
wings=fenders in American.

I don't think there's a great shortage of 68-73 bus bumpers here in the USA, but shipping will be 4X what the bumpers cost. Why not contact some of the UK dealers who import cars and busses from California? They could toss a set into a bus they're importing and transportation costs would be nill.

Hey, while we're at it.
In the UK, where is the bonnet,and where is the boot in an air-cooled bug?
