I have a nice bus front nose emblem all except for the mounting studs. two of them are broken off and the other two are not far from that. Is there anyone that can restore the mounting tabs on these bus emblems? thanks for any info on this. :) |

Would think it not too hard to weld on new studs, but for the cost, you could buy new?

If you're not going for a 100% accurate resto I'd replace the studs with some threaded rod and use some wing nuts on the inside. I've heard using the clips is a PIA. |

If you are dead set on "fixing" this emblem: TIG WELD and metal finish, but OG paint will be f'd in that area but it would be "fixed" |

replacment posts would be a good aftermarket item, if you find an emblem that's still attached to the front of a bus around here, the posts are going to need work for sure.
of course you could use some small bolts, grind the heads round and weld them on. |

If you do you can always weld on a post with threads like the aftermarket ones. Makes it somewhat easier to take on and off. If you know anyone with a stud gun could use that to weld the new stud on. |
