Has anyone got a drawing or dimensions of the brackets needed when running twin carbs in a barndoor? I need to make some quickly so any help appreciated.

Can you not just shift the tank over using some metal bar? say the width of the brackets on the tank by the offsett required?

I cut the ones off the stock tank , moved them over and welded them back on. Be careful, dry out the tank before giving it hell. Also Mark Raff used metal bars and moved it over.

ACs bus. See Mr Keane??

I've seen it done so many different ways, some being lifted like the pic above, some being moved over parallel with the og holes, and Rikki's bus uses one of the og holes without a bracket on the bulkhead but with a small bracket on the single hole.

I just wondered what everyone else had done

Looks like the filler neck is rotated a little bit too. On most of the dual carb setups they just slide the tank over and it looks like it would be a tight fit for the fuel nozzle. This one was done with some skill. I like the clean job on the notch in the apron and the braided fuel return. Nice looking setup. but I am not sure how good an idea it is to have the battery under the fuel tank.

Here is an example where the filler neck is left as-is:

I like the SCAT sticker on this one.

..that's the little 1641-& the SCAT sticker just hid a paint blemish... its now a 1776, like so..
& you can see the beginning of stripping the engine bay back to OG Dove.. :D

...Scotty, I used the original mounting holes & offset using 1/4" Ali bar.. :D
