Have new Creative Car Craft fiberglass fenders. Problem is that their are no holes or markings for tail light placement. Any chance that some out there with a '68 to '70 Bettle could give me the measurements from the bottom middle of tail light assembly to bottom of fender & bottom middle of tail light assemble to bead on fender. Would be greatly appreciated.

on my 68 it's 7" exactly from the bead to the middle of the tail light (i counted the screw in the lens as the middle . and (including the rubber behind the taillight) the whole assembly is 3 3/4 inches up from the very edge of the hole for the bumper brackets . hope that helps
oh , and i measured from the bumper bracket hole without the rubber piece , so i'm talking from the edge of the bumper bracket hole in the fender up , the rubber piece might stick up farther , but i'm missing mine . |

On my totally stock 70 Bug, the distance from the bottom of the fender to be bottom of the tail light seal is 10 inches and from the center screw on the bottom of the tail light lens to the fender bead is just a hair under 7.25 inches.
