just went to look at a 74 automatic transporter never owned an automatic has a/c factory how rare are the automatic
any comments about the automatic
van itself is in beautiful shape |

there are actually about a zillion posts about automatic transmissions.
we found them helpful when we were looking. we have an automatic and think it's awesome. no problems we've found compared to anything else. you'll find that a lot of time the people who poo poo them are people who have never even owned one.
i wouldn't let the fact that it's an automatic scare you off.

| I have a 78 automatic in my 72 and wouldn't have it any other way. If the automatic is set up properly they are bullet proof! |
