That comes from an old TV episode of the American series "Seinfeld." George parks his father's car in a handicapped spot and later finds it has been trashed by an angry mob. The classic (and supposedly non-scripted) comment appears at about the 4:32 mark in this clip.

Rene thanks for posting! 3 hours later and 6 episodes later, I finally went to sleep after having to many laughs to count.

I think it's a Champion Ch-250, a German bubble car.

This is the famous "Hirschsprung" (roughly: deer leap) at the route B33 through Höllental in the black forest near Freiburg.

found another view of that carpark - as it's french suspect it's a renault juvaquatre fourgonette...'The Juvaquatre was heavily inspired by the German Opel Olympia, a car by which the patron had been impressed during a 1935 visit to Berlin. Consequently, the Juvaquatre, particularly early models, bore a strong resemblance to the Olympia.'

I once lived in Freiburg and worked for a medical technic company. Was responsible for building up a special process and had to choose the machinery for it. Together with my chief and a co-worker, we drove to an exibition in Friedrichshafen with a rental car and stopped at exactly that place (Hirschsprung) because the rental car suddenly broke down and had to be towed away. That morning before we started our tour I had asked several times, if we should not take my '61 ragtop beetle...
