Well.... Its a bit more than a year later and today, I received my final restitution check from our buddy, Kyle. Having moved to CA, I doubt that I will get the chance to personally 'thank' him, but whatever. His contribution to my ever-dwindling bank account helped me out this week. And I am the process of restoring the swamp cooler to its OG glory. Thank goodness too, 'cause its DAMN HOT HERE and the swamp cooler works great. :D

| Ahhh.... To be 18 and still afraid of the Law. :D I never thought I'd see a dime, but it came through. Now, if I can only have the same luck tracking down my step-daughter's go-cart that was snagged 2 months ago... |
