A friend showed up, and we are getting some work in on the Ghia.





This is what we started with.

Yes, It will probably attached later this week. Probably not finished, but will be fitted. We are going to repair some of the bondo, before that gets welded on. Use straightened pieces from the original clip, to patch the bondo areas of the reasonably straight one.

Yes, It will probably attached later this week. Probably not finished, but will be fitted. We are going to repair some of the bondo, before that gets welded on. Use straightened pieces from the original clip, to patch the bondo areas of the reasonably straight one.

cheaper than paying for his gas I cant wait to see that car rolling under its own power my friend. How long ago was it you bought that front clip I am reliving memories

Don, it has been at least 3 years, since I got the clip.
Today Bob spent most of the day fitting the clip, and repairing rust. Both on the original car, and the replacement front clip.






I was busy working on Blankmange's engine.
It runs.
